Organisms show Variety in Cell Number, Shape and Size :                                            Scientists use microscopes that magnify objects. Stains (dyes) are used to color parts of the cell to study the detailed structure. There are millions of living organisms. They are of different shapes and sizes. Their organs also vary in shape, size, and number of cells.  Number of Cells : The human body has trillions of cells that vary in shape and size. Different groups of cells perform a variety of functions. The Cell-  Both, bricks in a building and cells in the living organisms, are basic structural units. The buildings, though build of similar bricks have different designs, shapes and sizes. Similarly, in the living world organisms differ from one another but all are made up of cells. Cells in the living Organisms are complex living structures unlike non-living bricks. Discovery of Cell- Robert Hooke in 1665 observed slices of cork under a simple magnifying device. Cork is a part of the bark of the tree. He took ten slices of cork and observed them under a microscope. He noticed partition boxes or compartments in the cork slice. These boxes appeared like a honeycomb. He also noticed that one box was separated from the other by a wall or partition. Hooke coined the term 'cell' for each box.                   Cells of living organisms could be observed only after the discovery of improved microscopes. Very little was known about the cell for the next 150 years

Hemorrhagic Septicemia : Hemorrhage is the medical term for bleeding. It most often refers to excessive bleeding. Hemorrhagic diseases are caused by bleeding. Septicemia: means blood poisoning, especially that caused by bacteria or their toxins Affected : It’s a highly infectious disease of animals like cattle and buffaloes in Asia, Africa, and mid-east. the causative agent is Pasteurella multocida. Transmission : Baterial reside at naso-pharyngeal region. Animals are infected by contamitted feed, water and inhalation. This type of disease is mainly common in zoonotic  in wild and domestic ruminants  like cattle,  camel, shiping fever, fish, elephants, buffalo, sheep, goats, deer and antelope. Animals are infected by contamitted feed, water and inhalation. Animals get high fever fron 106 - 107 degerees, loss of appitate increase in heatbreath and pluses, difficult in breating and swelling of throat region with in 10 - 72 hours.  The mortality rate is high in ruminants comparatively.
